About Neck Nest

Why we started

Neck Nest began with a simple, unglamorous observation: most people spend their day with their head tipped forward over a screen, and almost nobody does anything about it until their neck forces the issue.

We're a small operation based in Swansea, Wales. We're not a clinic and we don't pretend to be. We find comfort products that are genuinely worth owning, describe them honestly, and stand behind them properly.

How we work

We ship from our manufacturing partner overseas. We say so plainly on every product page, because the alternative is letting you discover it from a tracking number. It means delivery takes longer than a next-day retailer, and it's the reason our prices are what they are.

Our 30-day guarantee covers used items. A comfort product you haven't taken out of the box tells you nothing. Unpack it, use it, and if it isn't for you, tell us — we'll refund you in full, and we usually won't ask you to post anything back.

We describe products accurately, including the parts that don't sell. If something has restrictions on who can safely use it, that belongs on the product page where you'll read it before buying — not buried in a manual that arrives after you've paid.
